Cérémonie de cloture a été mémorable grâce à la parade des volontaires des jeux, arborant les couleurs de tous les pays participants, ainsi qu’à la procession des différentes délégations et athlètes. Les discours prononcés, notamment celui du chef de l’État ghanéen, ont également marqué cette occasion. Enfin, le drapeau a été descendu, la flamme des jeux a été éteinte et le relais a été transmis à l’Égypte, qui organisera la prochaine édition en 2027.
